Your Ontrak team offers the latest motivational practices to help you become your best self. Together, we will understand what is causing your stress and harming your health, and then learn new coping skills to help you feel better.
As an Ontrak App member, you can choose your own care plan:
• Read the Care Coach bios, choose the Coach you most relate to and connect through unlimited in-app messaging and/or on the phone.
• Work together to make positive lifestyle changes, access important community resources, and stay on track to feeling better.
• Partner with your Care Coach to select the right therapist for you. In therapy, learn powerful new coping strategies including cognitive behavioral approaches and mindfulness skills to manage any kind of situation.
• Access expert articles, videos and content to empower you in your daily life.
• Learn new habits and get a fresh start. Track your progress, journal your experiences and set your own goals and reminders.
